We went to the chilli festival last year in Waddesdon and found this place. This oil is amazing, I've been trying to get hold of it again and waited 1 year and bought more at chilli festival this year. For anyone looking to buy, i would definitely reccomend this especially rhe extra spicy one. On another note, the owners are really friendly & provided great service! Definitely a loyal customer now that I can order online and not wait for the chilli festival 😀
I bought the aromatic shiitake chilli oil and the garlic chilli oil from their stall at the cheese and chilli festival. The flavour is incredible. My husband and I have been eating it on eggs and with Thai rice bowls. My husband adds it to his curry’s too. Amazing flavour, my favourite chilli product at the festival.
I was at the Chilli and Cheese festival this weekend and tried a few crunchy chilli oils and this one was the best! A really lovely umami hit and a good circular heat that starts slow and builds to the back of the throat. Really great condiment with nearly anything! I’ve had it on some eggs and chips so far. Definitely a good one to keep around.
This is an amazing chilli oil that goes well with various types of foods you can think of. I’ve tried it with rice, noodles, eggs, soups, salads, steamed vegetables, light curries and snacks like crisps or nuts etc. This thing literally enhances the taste and flavour of whatever food stuff you’re putting into your mouth. Any Asians and Westerners who like Asian food would love it. It looks and tastes fresh and healthy unlike many other chilli oils on the market with a funny preservative smell. Believe me, it’s so nice!
This is the tastiest chilli oil I have ever bought. Such an amazing depth of flavour whilst still giving a good kick of heat. Absolutely love it!
Mixed with rice and microwaved frozen spinach. An easy preparation but the chilli oil gives it a good twist. Bon appetite!
